Dubai, UAE — February 27, 2025 – Solihulltz Energies Limited (SEL), a Nigerian-based energy services company, has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Antonoil Services DMCC, a subsidiary of China’s Anton Group, during a high-level meeting held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The MoU marks the beginning of a strategic partnership between both companies aimed at delivering Operation and Maintenance (O&M) and Early Production Facility (EPF) services to Nigeria’s Oil field block—a high-potential oil asset with an estimated production capacity of 60,000 barrels of oil per day, in addition to significant gas reserves.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Omessiri Odjada, Chairman and CEO of Solihulltz Energies Limited, and Mr. Chen Shuangxi, General Manager of Antonoil Services DMCC.
The meeting served as an official introduction between the two companies, with SEL expressing interest in partnering with Antonoil to jointly bid on, finance, and implement the Oil field project. The companies aim to combine SEL’s deep understanding of the local energy landscape with Antonoil’s world-class oilfield technologies and technical expertise to drive long-term success in the region.

The Memorandum of Understanding outlines the following key areas of cooperation:
Scope of Collaboration
The partnership will focus on providing Operation and Maintenance as well as Integrated Project Management services for the Oil field block in Nigeria. Antonoil also welcomed the opportunity to explore additional oilfield projects introduced by SEL in the future.
Roles and Responsibilities
Solihulltz Energies will lead the tendering process and manage client relations within Nigeria.
Antonoil Services will bring its technical know-how in oilfield operations, asset optimization, and project execution strategies.
Joint Project Execution
Upon award of the project, both parties will jointly implement the scope of work in accordance with agreed contractual terms.
Future Collaboration
The MoU allows for the possibility of an agency agreement in Nigeria and opens the door for broader collaboration across similar high-yield oil blocks.
